WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE PURCHASE:


VAPRLIFE POLICIES:

Since VaprLife L.L.C. has a policy of continuous product improvement in regards to consumer safety - We reserve the right to modify BOTH our designs, models, & specifications without prior notification or explanation.

These products/devices are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Any information or statements made are for educational/informational purposes only, and are not intended to replace the advice of your health care professional. By purchasing these products, you agree to use said products at your own risk.

Under no circumstances will VaprLife L.L.C. be held responsible or liable,or considered negligent either directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage that is caused or alleged to have been caused in connection with the use of, or the reliance of on any products on our site.

Please be advised that some of our products do contain nicotine.
 Please do not purchase if you are allergic to nicotine,  or if you are pregnant.

While it is true that electronic cigarettes have helped people to quit smoking -
 they are not being sold as or are intended to be quit-smoking devices.
Generally, their primary use is intended for smokers
 who are looking for another alternative to their tobacco products.



~*TERMS & CONDITIONS REGARDING WARRANTIES*~

All VaprLife units are warrantied for
a period of (90) days from date-of-original purchase,
 & are non-transferable.

All batteries, chargers, adapters, & digital volt meters
 are warrantied for a period of (14) days from date-of-original purchase.
There is no warranty on e-liquids.

Atomizers are only warranted if DOA

Any units which have exceeded their (90) day warranty will not be repaired-
 unless our Repair Service has first been purchased.

RETURNS:

We recognize that sometimes buyers may make a purchase
 only to change their mind later on.

VaprLife's Return Policy Is As Follows:

Vaping units may be returned within (10) days of the date- of-original purchase,
and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.


NO refunds OR exchanges are permitted
 after (10) days of the-date-of-original purchase.




* Items returned must be in new, sellable condition.
 'Used' merchandise cannot be returned.

* If you have received damaged, broken, or defective merchandise-
Please contact VaprLife Customer Service ASAP for an RMA number
before returning any item(s).
 Items returned without an RMA number will not be repaired/replaced/or credited.

* Please allow up to (2) weeks for your return to be processed
 and/or any credit issued.

* You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item,
 and any applicable sales tax.
 Credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.

* Shipping and handling charges WILL NOT be credited
 unless the reason for the return is our error.



Returns WILL NOT be accepted on the following items:

1. Items Not returned in original or acceptable packaging.

2. Returned more then (7) days after date-of-delivery.

RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION WARRANTY (RMA)

All new VaprLife units are warrantied for a period of (90) days from date-of-original purchase. Our warranties are non-transferable and will be considered null and void- -IF- the unit has been repaired and/or altered in any way by any source other than VaprLife L.L.C.

If your unit is received for repair during it's Warranty Period, and appears to have been taken apart or altered in any way, the warranty on your unit will be considered null & void. You will then have to purchase our Repair Service, prior to repair of your unit. Alternately- we can return your unit without repair.

BOTTOM LINE: Don't take your unit apart or try to repair your unit yourself-


 - AND -


please do not tell us your unit was 'dropped' - because we know better.

If your unit should require repair at any time during it's warranty period, you must first contact VaprLife Customer Service for an RMA number, and for information on how to return your unit to us for repair.

To insure safe arrival of your unit when returning to us for repair,
 we would recommend that you use delivery confirmation, as we cannot be held responsible for any units lost in transit.

NO units still under warranty, will be accepted for repair.-IF- the unit arrives WITHOUT A WARRANTY RMA NUMBER. Warrantied units arriving without an RMA, will be charged for a Repair Service, which must be purchased and paid for prior to the return of the unit.

Additionally, we do not accept 'trade-ins' on our units-                                                                              nor do we offer  a 'loaner' program.
 We are not a car dealership or an auto repair shop,
so if your unit needs to come in for repair-
 please DO NOT ask us to send out another unit for you to use,
while your unit is being repaired.

YOUR WARRANTY RMA INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

Troubleshooting and repair-or-replacement of any electronic components,

switches, etc. deemed to have caused or created a failure within your unit.

WHAT YOUR WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE:

The warranty for your unit DOES NOT include unit replacement or upgrade. Upgrades are separate from repairs and may be purchased in our store. Please see our store for details.
